How often do the tours run?

Our tours operate 7 days a week, except Christmas Day.

Where do you pick up from?

We pick up from most centrally located hotels in the Brisbane CBD and on the Gold Coast. If you are staying outside of these areas please let us know by sending an email or giving us a call. Any locations south of Mermaid Beach are not included in our pick up area, however if you are staying in this location please call us and depending on the tour schedule that day we may be able to arrange something for you.

Is the tour price higher for Brisbane or Gold Coast pickups?

We provide free hotel pickups in Brisbane and the Gold Coast so there is no price difference if you are travelling from either location.

How do we get our pick up time?

If you are booking through a tour desk or hotel concierge, we will give your booking agent a pick up time to include on your voucher. If you are making a booking on our website, we will email or call you with a confirmation of your tour and a pickup time. If your pick up time changes we will contact you to advise of this.

Are bookings made on the website confirmed instantly?

No. Your booking is not confirmed via the website unless you have received a confirmation email or phone call from our office. If you do not receive a confirmation from us within an hour of making the booking please call our office on (07) 5500 0881 as we may not have received the booking.

Do you operate in wet weather?

Yes. Most venues included in our tours are undercover or have undercover areas. The weather is quite unpredictable in South East Queensland and the rainforest and mountain areas we travel too can sometimes receive a shower or two. We suggest being prepared for this by bringing a small umbrella, light rain coat or a jacket in the rainy seasons or if the weather is looking overcast. We will not travel in wet weather in any situation that is dangerous, in these instances the tours will not operate.

What vehicles we will travel in?

Please have a look at the “Our Services” page on our website and check out our range of vehicles. We have vehicles ranging from our 4WD off road Land Cruiser to our brand new 35 seater Yutong coach and our 57 seater luxury coaches. We have a vehicle to cater for any number of passengers.

What is your cancellation policy?

Any cancellations received outside of 24 hours are 100% refundable. Cancellations received within 24 hours are subject to cancellation fees. Please contact our office or your booking agent if you are not able to make your tour.

Do you include meals on the tours?

We choose not to include meals on our tours as we find our passengers are from all different walks of life and also have diverse tastes and wants when it comes to meals. We offer plenty of meal stops at places that offer a variety of venues so our passengers are able to purchase whatever they wish. Our tours are also flexible and passengers are offered the chance to bring along their own food and make use of the scenic picnic areas in our beautiful travel locations.
